Refund & Returns

Every piece we ship should earn its place in your home. If yours doesn't, we want to make that right. Here's how our returns work.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they arrived in.

How to start a return

Email support@yournuvi.com with your order number and a short note about why you're returning. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping address. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bank processing times can add a few extra days on their end.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll cover the replacement or refund entirely, no return shipping needed on your part.

Non-returnable

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale can't be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the original and place a new order. Reach out if you'd like us to walk you through it.
