Shipping Policy

Nuvi ships every order with care. Because we curate each piece rather than warehouse thousands of them, our timelines are a little different from big-box stores. We'd rather set clear expectations up front than surprise you later.

Processing time

Once your order is placed, our team prepares it for shipment within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an email the moment your order is on the move.

Delivery time

After it ships, your order arrives in 7 to 12 business days. That means the total window from order to doorstep is 9 to 15 business days. Every parcel includes a tracking link so you can follow it from our hands to yours.

We ship across the United States. If your country isn't listed at checkout yet, write to us at support@yournuvi.com and we'll do our best to help.

What can affect timing

Weather, holidays, and carrier volume occasionally slow things down. If your order sits without an update for more than 3 business days past the estimate, please reach out and we'll chase it down with the carrier on your behalf.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel ships. Please check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within the processing window.
